Objectives of this CAPM course
The course has two main objectives:
- To learn about good Project Management practices based on the PMBOK® Guide
- To prepare participants to take and pass the CAPM® Certification Exam.
Our facilitators have trained over 1300 Project Managers in the last 10 years, and based on 100% of students who reported they took the exam within the last year, we have an impressive record of a pass rate in excess of 97%.
Content of our CAPM training
The areas covered are all 5 Process Groups (Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control and Close) as well as the 10 Knowledge Areas (Communication, Schedule, Cost, Scope, Integration, Resources, Risk, Quality, Procurement, Stakeholder Management) and Professional Responsibility.
ProCAP-M© provides you with more than the 23 contact hours necessary to sit the CAPM® exam, and you will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.
Method of training to the CAPM exam
ProCAP-M© uses a blended learning approach: a well-balanced mix of classroom training and self-study using X-Am, probably one of the best web-based tools for the exam preparation
The facilitators have a broad experience as Project Managers of many types of Projects – their goal is to give you all the hints and tips you will need to be sure to pass the exam! They will be available to support you by email for any questions until the day you have passed the exam.
The content of the ProCAP-M© course is based upon the PM Body of Knowledge - SIXTH Edition (PMBOK® Guide - the official PMI® guide to Project Management, and the basis for all Certification questions), and also includes all supplementary information needed to pass the exam.
